The work with Elle, held between sessions.
You and Elle are building something real, one session a week. Haven lives in the other 167 hours. It knows your story, remembers every conversation, and practices Elle's methods with you: the frameworks, the reflections, the exercises, in her approach, tuned to you.
It draws on your session notes, Elle's teaching materials, and a curated library of wisdom traditions: Zen, Stoicism, and the classics of the inner life.
What Haven is not. It isn't therapy, and it's no substitute for it. Haven is a wellness companion, a practice partner for the work you're already doing with Elle.
Always there. Never in the way.
Talk or type, anytime
Chat by text or voice, and Haven speaks back. The 2am thoughts are welcome here.
Session recaps
After each session with Elle, Haven distills what landed and what's yours to practice.
Daily wisdom
One idea a day from the library, aimed at exactly what you're working through now.
Exercises on your cadence
Check-ins and reflections delivered when you want them: daily, weekly, or on demand.
A memory that grows
Haven remembers everything you share and gets more useful every week. No re-explaining.
A hand when you need one
In time, Haven can take on small assistant work too. It starts as a companion and grows with you.
Yours alone. Literally.
- Single-tenant. Your Haven runs on its own dedicated instance with its own database. Nothing is shared with another user, because there are no other users.
- Consented notes only. Your session notes enter the system only with your written consent, and only the notes you and Elle agree to share.
- Never used to train anything else. Your data serves exactly one person: you.
- Yours to take back. Ask for a full export or full deletion at any time. Either happens within 48 hours, no questions.
The full Haven, set up for you: onboarding intake, your context loaded, exercises and rhythms tuned to how you like to work. If it isn't adding to your life by day 14, walk away, and your data leaves with you.
